Precleaning
The precleaning machine performs a first coarse cleaning of the seeds by removing the origin-related coarse contamination. This contamination consists of sand, coarse pebbles, polyprop threads, strings, twigs, etc. The contamination is waste that automatically goes into waste crates (this waste cannot be recycled). From the precleaning machine the seed is transferrerd to a silo via an internal bucket conveyor.

Fine cleaning "Sieving"
The product is fine cleaned on a sieving machine. Fine contaminations such as pebbles, sand and strings are sieved out. The type of sieves used depends on the type of product. Cleaned product goes back into storage bunkers.

Fine cleaning "Wind"
Here the product is fine cleaned with a wind machine. Fine contaminations such as chaff and dust are blown out. The wind supply depends on the type of product. Cleaned product goes via a closed conveyor to the next process step.

Fine cleaning "Metal"
The product is fine cleaned by means of a magnet. (clean-flow square FXD SS22 - bar magnet) Fine metal contaminations such as iron ore, metal filings and other metal adhere to the magnet. Cleaned product goes back into storage bunkers.
