food ingredients must at all times be readily traceable and identifiable throughout the production and marketing chain.

For this process we have implemented a fully ERP automated batch registration system.

In the case of purchase contracts the goods receive a unique batch number. Upon their physical arrival the batches are inspected and provided with a batch number marking. For sales, batches are selected per product and order line for subsequent delivery.



For recognition and identification of the seeds and batches, the (final) packaging must be marked. Through labels and/or ink marking we therefore provide our finished product with the following information:
Weight in kg
Product name (in several languages if necessary)
Lot number
Production date (month/year)
Use-by date (month)
Name of supplier



Always to be followed - always to be found.
Our sale orders specify not only the articles but also the batches to be delivered.
The batch numbers (lot numbers) are printed on:
CMR/waybill
Invoice
Packing list
Shipping order

In case of complaints and/or inquiries, customers can provide us with lot numbers, invoice numbers, order numbers, shipping order numbers and/or waybill numbers. The batch can always be traced back to reception and in any case back to purchase and supplier.
